Client Success Coordinator (WFH)

Client Success Coordinator is an integral part of Client Success Team, being responsible for all aspects of customer success including content publishing, scope of work audit, and client feedback escalation. You will play an essential role in ensuring seamless coordination between our clients and our internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the scheduling of social media posts, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. You will also serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee client satisfaction and project success.


  • Client Relationship Management: You will act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining solid relationships. Understand client goals and expectations and ensure that projects align with these objectives. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Social Media Post Scheduling: Monitor the content calendar for all social media platforms of clients. Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure content is produced on time. Schedule and publish social media posts while adhering to optimal posting times and strategies.
  • Project Scope Audit: Ensure we are delivering the client’s scope of work based on the contract and onboarding.
  • Quality Assurance: Review all content and social media posts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the client's brand and objectives. Conduct quality checks, including grammar, spelling, and visual elements, to maintain high-quality content.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, designers, and analytics, to execute social media strategies effectively. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving issues affecting project progress.
  • Problem Solving: Identify challenges or obstacles in project execution and work with teams to find creative solutions. Address client concerns and manage expectations effectively.
  • Communication Channels Monitoring: Monitor client communication channels, especially on weekends, and escalate any risk to appropriate departments.


  • Background Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong writing and communication skills to craft engaging and compelling content.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and consistency in communications.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have the confidence to communicate with external clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for identifying opportunities and solutions for our internal marketing and communications.
  • Technical Requirements

  • Willing to work remotely and independently
