Jr. Art Director (Hybrid Setup)

As a Junior Art Director, you will immerse yourself in the world of ideation and creative vision. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to explore your creativity while collaborating with our talented creative fulfillment team to bring concepts to life. For this role, you must be passionate about generating innovative ideas and contributing to the success of our projects. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the multimedia design team to generate creative concepts and provide input on multimedia content direction.

  • Provide ideas on how to effectively utilize visual elements and brand elements based on the direction of the Creative Director.

  • Work on ideation and creative strategy for client accounts, ensuring alignment with branding objectives and target audience.

  • Produce high-quality creative outputs across various platforms, including social media, advertisements, websites, print materials, and marketing collateral.

  • Provide feedback and guidance to the multimedia designers during the execution phase, ensuring the vision is realized effectively.

  • Stay updated on design trends and apply them innovatively in your work.

  • Assist in the production aspects of the project.

  • Embrace training and constructive feedback to improve your skills and creative output continually.

  • Contribute to both internal brand projects and client campaigns with a focus on achieving objectives and making an impact.


Skill Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere, and After Effects.

  • Strong understanding of branding principles, portfolio development, color theory, typography, and digital design.

  • Ability to produce cohesive design outputs that resonate with brand identity and content requirements.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for current trends and a flexible approach to design.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Adaptable to fast-paced work environments and capable of quick thinking to solve creative challenges.

  • Open-minded with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team's success.

  • Familiarity with internal operations' standard operating procedures (SOPs).
