Marketing Associate

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate for Internal Marketing and Communications. We need an individual specializing in executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence and internal communications. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including content creation, public relations, and a wide range of marketing activities to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate compelling content for internal and external platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, storyboards for production projects, and website materials.
  • Public Relations (PR): Assist in developing and implementing PR initiatives, such as press releases, media outreach, and coordinating interviews, to enhance the company's public image and share noteworthy achievements.
  • ​Internal Communications: Support the creation of internal communication materials to keep employees informed about company news, updates, and initiatives, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
  • ​Social Media Management: Contribute to the company's social media strategy by planning, scheduling, and curating content that aligns with brand values and engages the target audience.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting company events, both virtual and in-person, ensuring they align with the brand's messaging and objectives.
  • ​Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and best practices, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, content engagement, and PR efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong writing and communication skills to craft engaging and compelling content.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and consistency in communications.
  • Creativity and innovation to develop fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of public relations and media outreach strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Previous experience in prospecting, lead generation, or sales support roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have the confidence to communicate with external clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for identifying opportunities and solutions for our internal marketing and communications
