Sales & Marketing Associate (WFH)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Associate at our digital marketing agency. As a Sales & Marketing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to research, identify, nurture, and follow up with prospective clients, with the goal of scheduling calls with our sales executives. Additionally, you will create short digital marketing video audits to send to prospective clients, showcasing our agency's expertise and solutions. Cold calling will also be a part of your responsibilities to engage with potential clients.
Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients and target markets for our digital marketing services.
Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, online research, social media engagement, and networking platforms, to generate leads and build a strong database of prospective clients.
Engage with prospective clients through personalized and targeted outreach, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls, to nurture relationships and generate interest.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and fit with our agency's services, ensuring they meet the criteria for potential collaboration.
Schedule and coordinate calls and meetings between prospective clients and our sales executives, ensuring efficient communication and smooth handover.
Create short digital marketing video audits tailored to each prospective client, highlighting their current digital presence, identifying areas for improvement, and showcasing Emerge’s expertise and solutions.
Present video audits to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating the value and benefits our agency can provide.
Follow up with prospective clients after sending video audits, addressing any questions or concerns, and encouraging further engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and progress in our CRM system (EmergeOne).
Collaborate with sales executives to provide them with necessary background information and insights about prospective clients, ensuring a smooth transition in the sales process.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients, effectively communicating our agency's value proposition, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our agency during prospecting activities.
Continuously refine and improve prospecting strategies and approaches based on feedback and results.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in prospecting, lead generation, or sales support roles is highly desirable.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with prospective clients and sales executives.
Experience in cold calling and phone-based prospecting is a plus.
Attention to detail and the ability to tailor messages and video audits to specific clients.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Creativity and a keen eye for identifying opportunities and solutions for prospective clients.
- Has a college degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Advertisement, Communications, and other related)
- Preferably has a 1-2 years relative experience in sales and marketing
- Previous background in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, and appointment setting
- Stable internet connection at home
- Reliable PC or laptop (at least i3 or up)
Willing to work remotely (temporary company setup) and independently
- Can talk to clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Can plan and/or strategize accounts of clients
- Can achieve sales target and account developments
- Can develop and implement sales objectives and strategies
- Is able to achieve assigned sales quota
- Ability to convey value proposition and get to the decision maker
- Top-notch communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to new tools and software
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google apps
- Proficiency with CRM Software like Hubspot is a plus
