Strategic Account Manager
As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning content strategies with company objectives while ensuring resonance with the target audience. Managing client relationships and fostering effective communication, you'll oversee successful project delivery, meeting both client expectations and agency goals. This multifaceted role bridges content alignment with business objectives and ensures client satisfaction, serving as a linchpin between strategy and execution
Collaborating with content management teams, creative teams, and writers to implement the strategy
Overseeing writing style and tone for all content
Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed
Developing editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms
Researching and understanding diverse customer personas thoroughly
Analyzing consumer trends and thoughts extensively
Crafting tailored content aligned with brand personas
Planning content structure and editorial calendar
Collaborating across teams to implement, oversee, and enhance content strategy
Serve as the primary client contact, understanding and addressing their needs for satisfaction and loyalty.
Decode client briefs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and creative expectations.
Coordinate projects, facilitating seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Strategically plan campaigns, overseeing execution to match client brand and goals.
Efficiently manage project budgets, resource allocation, and agency profitability while meeting client needs.
Advocate for clients' interests within the agency, ensuring alignment with their brand and objectives.
Monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics, and offer optimization strategies for improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or content strategy are a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in managing client accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
Demonstrated success in crafting and executing content strategies that align with business goals.
Experience in project management, overseeing campaigns from inception to completion.
Proficiency in content management tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, trends, and consumer insights for content optimization.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align content strategies with client objectives.
A strong portfolio showcasing successful content strategies, client accounts managed, and measurable outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for client growth and content enhancement.

- At least 4-year Business Course Graduate
