Talent Acquisition Support and L&D Coordinator

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Support & Learning Development Coordinator. You'll assist with recruitment, screening applicants, and driving training programs for our team's growth!
- Assist the People and Culture Lead in coordinating and conducting interviews and assessments.
- Review job applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct initial assessments to ensure applicants meet basic job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and interviewers.
- Handle candidate inquiries and provide information about the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development and posting of job openings on various platforms.
- Conduct background checks and character references for potential hires, ensuring a thorough assessment of candidate suitability.
- Organize and participate in job fairs when necessary.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and update content as required.
- Monitor training progress and provide ongoing support and coaching.
- Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and consultations with business managers and HR departments.
- Design, manage, and expand training programs tailored to organizational and individual requirements.
- Create and deliver diverse training using face-to-face, digital, and blended learning approaches.
- Develop training materials for in-house courses and assess the ROI of training programs.
- Devise effective induction programs and monitor trainee progress, offering timely feedback and individual learning plans.
- Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements, evaluate programs, and adapt them to changing work environments and industry trends.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of applicant interactions and recruitment progress.
- Generate reports to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Implement improvements based on feedback and assessment outcomes.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and document management.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment support and learning and development.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude for team collaboration.
- Stable internet connection at home
- Reliable PC or laptop (at least i5 or up)
- Willing to work remotely and independently
- Good communication skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Good in google sheets and Docs
