Training and Quality Assurance Specialist  Project-based (Consultancy)

As a Training and Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be pivotal in our People & Culture department, collaborating closely with the People & Culture Lead to execute strategized initiatives that drive organizational growth and excellence. Your primary focus will be on learning and development (L&D) and quality assurance (QA), ensuring that all processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with our objectives. By auditing internal processes and maintaining a keen eye on both L&D and QA, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence throughout the organization.

The office is located in Angeles City, Pampanga

Job Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

  • Lead the identification of training needs and ensure content is regularly updated to align with organizational objectives and industry standards.

  • Monitor training progress and provide ongoing support and coaching to maximize learning outcomes.

  • Collaborate with business managers and HR departments to identify training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and consultations.

  • Design, manage, and expand training programs tailored to organizational and individual requirements, utilizing diverse learning modalities.

  • Develop comprehensive training materials for in-house courses and assess the ROI of training programs.

  • Implement effective induction programs, monitor trainee progress, and provide timely feedback and individualized learning plans.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements and adapt programs to changing work environments and industry trends.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement robust quality assurance measures to uphold organizational standards and consistently deliver high-quality products or services.

  • Develop and maintain QA protocols, processes, and documentation to facilitate seamless operations and adherence to quality standards.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish KPIs and benchmarks, monitoring metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate knowledge-sharing and cross-training opportunities.

  • Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to QA, integrating this knowledge into ongoing improvement efforts.

Background Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.

  • 2-5 years of experience in training and development, quality assurance, or similar roles.

  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, as well as developing quality assurance processes.

  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.

  • Experience in conducting audits and maintaining quality standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Flexibility to adapt to change and commitment to continuous learning.

  • Ethical conduct and commitment to upholding organizational standards and confidentiality.
